The SB2100D interface is via browser. Mine is located at http// That should bring up a menu. If you scroll down to the bottom of that window you should see a link to Addresses. After clicking it, you should see an Ethernet IP address. Also, you should see one or more Known MAC addresses MAC (Media Access Control, a layer below the network layer where IP resides) addresses at the bottom of that screen (not the HFC MAC Address). A MAC address is the permanent low level address of the Ethernet Adapter the CM married to. Every Ethernet board in the world has a unique MAC address which it is born with like a finger print. I am working on an article which will attempt to explain some of this stuff. Larry
