Hi Larry. I worked through some of the suggestions that you made. The problem seemed to be both the graphics card and the network card. Swapping the AGP Voodoo banshee card for a PCI bus card worked OK with the NIC in place. Removing the NIC, but leaving the AGP banshee card in place worked OK. So, for the time being I have the AGP video card in situ and have left out the NIC - not too much of a problem at the moment, as we don't use the network most of the time, but it would be nice to get it running properly with an NIC in place.
