McAfee ActiveShield (Larry)

Hi Larry, I disabled the Active Shield and so far no error message,will wait a few days to be sure that was it. Interestly, I removed the ActiveShield from my start up folder but had to put it back in because McAfee insisted on opening their web page so I could reinstall it. Some of these companies sure take over your machine. If I find the ActiveShield is the problem I will remove the program. Don't owe anything on it, it was trail version installed by HP.
