I have a cable modem and use a linksys router just fine, but a friend wants to share an earthlink account on two home computers. Is that possible and if it is what do i need. Also if it is possible can 2 users use it at the same time.

Yes. Yes. See http://duxcw.com/digest/Howto/network/win98se/intro.htm, http://duxcw.com/digest/Reviews/Network/sygate/sygate.htm (there is a more recent version that requires only one network adapter), and http://duxcw.com/digest/Reviews/Network/smc/smc7004br/smc7004br.htm. There are many other products that will do it. Larry

Thanks Ibyard that will do it. I only have to do 2 computers so I think I will go with the crossover cables and 2 NIC cards. Coupled with ICS that should do it if I skimmed it right.
