"Epox 8K3A+ Socket A Motherboard with newest 326 BIN BIOS"

From EpoX...
"'Mar 29 2002 (17:05) - Our newest motherboard 8K3A+ with the newest BIOS 326 will release the power on your motherboard and increase the FSB speed up to 214MHz. (DDR 428) Is it time to upgrade?'

This I saw with my own eyes, without any mod. Try using Corsair Memory

well I have given up and sold this board. There is a problem with the agp divider not working right. ( not @ 2/5 thats for sure.) the pci divider seems fine. After reading of other similar problems with other KT333 boards, I am convinced it is a problem with the chipset, not the board. I would reccomend waiting for the KT400 chipset and avoiding the KT333. It is not any faster then the 266a.
Personally my experience with the darkside ( AMD ) is over and am going to get a 1.6a NW P4 and abit TH7II.

Anyone want to buy a XP2100+ or a 1900+ let me know.

My goodness! I have not upgraded my motherboard/CPU in years. Guess what's in the mail to go with the 1900+ I recently received. Larry

Intel has a "darkside" also. An example is at ftp://download.intel.com/design/Pentium4/specupdt/24919922.pdf, page 15. Larry
