jgnasser Jun-28-02 09:25 AM
This laptop tried to restart after hibernating but could not. When I turned off and on again, I get this blue scress and the message is:

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

Technical information

*** STOP: 0x000000ED (0x80fofc80,0xc0000032,0x00000000,0x00000000)

I do not want to use recovery disc since it means loosing all data in the hard disk. Any ideas?

I have managed to fix this. It was a case of a damaged file system and i used the recovery disk to format it.
