Office 2000 Excel

I am trying to resolve a problem with Excel. I am running Win 98 with office 2000. When I try to save a spread sheet I recieve an error with the title - DOCS OPEN. With in the error it reads -Error in loading DLL. When I click ok the message reads

RUN TIME ERROR 48
FILE NOT FOUND DOCSAP32.DLL

I have unistalled excell and reinstalled with no luck. Does anyone have any ides how I can go about fixing this?

My Excel 2000 does not have the problem, the file is not on my computer, I am running Windows 98. I would search the actual spread sheet. You may have macro/vb script in it which is causing the problem. Larry

I am not sure how to search the document for the macro or script can you help me out.
