Win2k doesn't turn-off my computer...
PeterG Mar-31-01 08:40 PM
Hi,
Unfortunatelly after uninstalling a couple of programs, my Win2k doesn't turn-off my computer as used to do when I shuted it down.
I've tried to reinstall Win2k but the problem persisted (I didn't formated the hard disk before reinstalling Win2k).
I'm sure the problem isn't in my computer because I have a copy of WinME in the same computer and it turns off my computer normally.
Could someone tell me how to fix it? (I wouldn't like to format my hard disk because I would have to reinstall all my programs and that would certainly be a "pain").
Any help you could give me will be very appreciated.
Peter

Try uninstalling those programs to determine which one is causing the problem. Larry

Waw!!! After instaling and uninstaling several programs, I found that Easy CD Creator Platinun was causing this strange behavior to my Win2K.
Thank you all for the attention and suport...
