BUT THEIR TECH SUPPORT CAN BE STUPID!

Recently had to seek support on 250 internal, and this one tech support didn't know jack about the s/w came with the unit..

nothing , zippo

having spent some time troubleshooting the unit, was extremely frustrating to educate the techie, who just wanted me off the phone.

The Zip software is always changing. I have (had) trouble keeping up with it. It seems every zip drive installation is (was) different and most of them have been troublesome. I think CD-RW drives have ended the days of the Zip drive. Larry
