Socket 370 vs Socket A coolers: which is easier/safer to install?

Forgive me for this dumb question but I was wondering if installing the heat sink/fan on the Intel Pentium 3 socket CPU is just as delicate an operation as for the AMD socketed chips.

Intel chips have been coming down in price.

The heatsink-fan I use can be used on both Socket A and Socket 370 processors and the procedures are similar. Larry
