oregonnut Oct-01-01 11:27 PM
Hello,
Does the print server on the SMC7004BR, not the SMC7004ABR, support Bi-directional printing?
If it dosn't then whats the point? All printers now a days use BIDI printing.

Thanks for the help.
With my printer (Lexmark 3200) if I turn off the Bi-directional printing it takes 10 Minutes to print 1 line of text.
So now I'm looking at other routers.

How to Share Lexmark Printers over a Windows 95/98 Peer to Peer Network
at http://www2.lexmark.com/infatlib.nsf/Document/ENG9472?OpenDocument and http://www.smc.com/index.cfm?action=support_tools_show_FAQ¬e_id=116 may be useful. However, you may not be able to use any kind of printserver with it as it is a Windows-only printer. Larry
