Accessing an FTP server from the web
JRP-TSR Jan-28-02 01:42 PM
I have an FTP server setup in my home. I can acess the server through an FTP client like ws_ftp or cute_ftp but when I try to login using a web browser it doesn't accept my login name or password. Can a web browser be used to access a FTP server?

Actually I shouldn't have asked the question. The answer was in front of me the whole time. It was a setting on the server setup.

Your tips did help get connected to it from work where we have a proxy server.
