We are using Outlook Express. We can send e/mail but we can't receive e/mail. We have talked with the ISP people and the POP's are sent and eveything is correct. We can login and it checks for e/mail, then it shows "No New Messages". We don't get any error messages. We can send and receive the e/mail using Netscape e/mail program. We have reloaded the OutLook Express. The OS is Windows ME, 5.5 sp 2 IE. We have sent test messages to ourselves. We have used both assiged e/mail name and the alias. This has been going on for over a month. Whats really crazy, it work a month ago. ISP said they didn't change anything. (They always say that)Nobody has been able to figure this one out.
